New domain: we handle the setup
Choose your preferred domain and we'll confirm availability and ownership details. Bramlo can arrange the agreed included .co.uk domain in your name, then manage DNS and renewal under your plan.
We don't register anything until the name and details have been confirmed.
To make both yourdomain.co.uk and www.yourdomain.co.uk work reliably using this setup, Bramlo first prepares the domain in Cloudflare, copies any existing DNS records and gives you the two exact nameservers to enter. They are unique to your domain and must never be guessed.

We'll confirm your domain, back up your current DNS records and review email and other connected services before any changes.
- Sign in to your domain provider
Open your provider's domain management dashboard.
Provider help - Find Nameservers / Change nameservers
Look for the domain settings and nameservers section. Some providers call this “Custom nameservers”.
- Enter the two nameservers Bramlo provides
Only use the exact pair supplied by Bramlo for your domain. Once we have checked the existing DNS and email setup, replace the current nameservers and save.

We'll check DNS activation, the main domain and
www, SSL certificate, email delivery and website contact forms before confirming go-live.
Domain Connect is an open DNS automation standard. Bramlo plans to use it where supported, but automatic one-click setup is not active yet. This guide is the safe manual/assisted route while that integration is developed.
We will need to preserve your MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and any other active DNS records. If you're unsure about them, don't make the changes yourself — ask us to help.
This guide doesn't access your registrar, change DNS, or verify a live connection. Bramlo completes those checks as part of onboarding.

We keep the setup as simple as possible without risking your existing email or website.
Will I still own my domain?
Yes. You stay the registrant and keep control of your domain. Changing nameservers does not transfer ownership.
Will my email stop working?
It shouldn't when all the necessary records are migrated correctly, but changes can cause disruption if records are missing. That's why we check them before the switch and test email afterwards.
Why can't I just add a www record?
A www subdomain can be pointed to Cloudflare Pages using a CNAME, but the root domain has different Cloudflare Pages requirements. We want both versions to work, so we prepare a complete connection rather than a partial one.
Can Bramlo handle it for me?
Yes. We can guide you through the changes or coordinate the DNS setup with you. Please don't send us your registrar password.
