For the standard Bramlo monthly brochure website, there is no separate upfront website build fee within the agreed plan scope. The website service is from £29 per month. One standard .co.uk domain is included, with renewal covered while your plan is active. Premium domains, other extensions, existing-domain renewals, extra features and third-party products are separately agreed.

Starter (£29) offers a one-page website with foundational SEO and 15 minutes of minor updates per month. Business (£59) offers up to five pages, on-page SEO and 30 minutes. Premium (£99) offers up to ten pages, enhanced SEO refinements and 60 minutes. All include hosting, technical care and one standard .co.uk domain, owned by you, with renewal covered while the plan is active. The full scope is shown on our What’s Included page.

Yes. For a new standard .co.uk domain, Bramlo registers it in your name, covers renewal while your plan is active and manages the connection. If you already have a domain, you keep ownership and we help connect it without taking control of its ownership.

You always keep your domain. After your initial 12-month commitment, you can cancel on the rolling monthly plan. Your Bramlo-managed website stays live until the end of your paid billing period, then goes offline and is suspended. If you return, we can reactivate it while the website files are still retained under our agreed retention policy. Your domain remains yours throughout. Website ownership, any handover options and the retention period will be confirmed in your agreement before you subscribe.

Your domain is always yours to move. Moving the website itself depends on the final website ownership and handover agreement, which we explain before the service begins.

Starter includes one scrolling page, Business up to five separate pages and Premium up to ten. Any additional pages can be quoted separately.

We build your site with sensible SEO foundations and can guide you through Google Search Console. Search engines decide which websites they index and rank. Business includes basic keyword research and service-specific on-page SEO. Premium includes enhanced planning and ongoing on-page refinements. Broader SEO campaigns are separately agreed, and rankings are not guaranteed.

Yes. Starter includes 15 minutes, Business 30 minutes and Premium 60 minutes of minor changes per month. Unused time does not roll over; larger requests are quoted separately.

Yes. Tell us which registrar holds the domain. We’ll explain the DNS changes or safe access invitation needed, taking extra care if the domain also runs business email.

Yes, we can discuss more advanced builds, but these are bespoke projects rather than features of the £29 brochure package. We assess feasibility and give a separate quote.

Email mailboxes are not part of the standard website package. We can explain options or quote setup assistance separately.

We’ll give you an estimated delivery date after agreeing the pages, content and requirements. Timing depends on receiving your information, photos and feedback. We do not promise a fixed launch date before scoping the project.

Certainly. Share the existing address and tell us what you want to change. A rebuild or ongoing SEO work may need a separate quote depending on the condition and technology of the current site.

Advertising management is separate from the £29 monthly website package. Any ad spend should be agreed independently and normally billed directly through the customer’s advertising account.
