CLEAR AGREEMENTS

Your website service agreement.

Draft for owner and qualified UK legal review. Version 2026-10-15-draft-1.

Sandbox testing only. These terms are not approved for live sales. Supplier legal name, trading status, geographic address and verified contact details must be completed before accepting real subscriptions.

1. Our agreement

Bramlo Digital provides personally built and managed websites. Your written project scope, selected package and these terms form the proposed agreement. Enquiring or approving a preview alone does not start paid billing. The paid agreement starts when your first subscription payment is verified. Payments start then; launch follows the final checks. We agree an expected launch schedule before payment and tell you promptly about delays. If we cannot supply the agreed service, we discuss an appropriate remedy rather than charging indefinitely for an unprovided website.

2. Monthly prices and initial term

Starter costs £29 each month (12-month total £348); Business £59 (£708); Premium £99 (£1,188). There is no separate upfront setup fee within the agreed scope. The initial commitment is 12 calendar months from the subscription start date. Payments are monthly, not an annual upfront charge. After that, service continues monthly until cancelled. No automatic new 12-month lock-in applies. Tax status and whether VAT is included must be confirmed before live sales; sandbox examples charge exactly the displayed amounts without adding tax.

3. What each package includes

Starter: one scrolling page, contact information and enquiry form, mobile layout, foundational SEO, hosting, HTTPS, technical maintenance and up to 15 minutes of minor edits monthly. Business: up to five pages, relevant service pages, basic keyword research, enhanced on-page SEO and up to 30 minutes of minor edits monthly, plus Starter’s hosting and maintenance. Premium: up to ten pages, more comprehensive design and content planning, ongoing on-page SEO refinements, priority support and up to 60 minutes of minor edits monthly. Additional functionality is limited to the written scope.

One eligible new standard non-premium .co.uk domain is included on each plan where applicable. Existing-domain connection is included, but its registrar renewal fees remain separate unless agreed. Unused edit time does not roll over. Minor edits mean changes to existing text, contact details, opening hours or customer-supplied images. New pages beyond the plan, redesigns, extensive copywriting, ecommerce, booking systems, paid licences, email mailboxes, advertising and custom integrations are quoted separately before work starts.

4. Previews, revisions and support

We agree the number of initial design revision rounds and the detailed page/functionality scope in writing before starting a preview. Further work needs a separate agreement; free revisions are not unlimited. We correct faults in the agreed implementation without treating them as optional new features. Support is personally handled at agreed times; we do not promise 24/7 support or a guaranteed response time. Premium requests receive priority within our working availability. We give notice of material planned maintenance where reasonably possible.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business and registrant information, lawful text and images you have permission to use, timely feedback and necessary access through secure arrangements. You are responsible for the accuracy of approved business claims and legal information on your website. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, special-category personal data or unlawful content through our brief. Delays in your materials or approvals can affect the agreed schedule; we discuss material changes rather than silently enlarging the scope.

6. Domains, email and third-party services

You remain the registrant and owner of your domain. We manage registration, DNS and renewal as agreed, using your genuine registrant information where required. Availability and registration are not guaranteed until confirmed by the registrar. Before any nameserver change we back up records and review business email and other services. We do not promise uninterrupted third-party services. You retain ownership when you leave; we provide reasonable cooperation with transfer or account handover and do not hold your domain as security for disputed website fees. Before service ends, we explain the next renewal date and arrangements you must make to keep the domain registered.

7. Content, design and code

You retain rights to content, logos and business information you supply. Unless an individually signed scope expressly grants an assignment, Bramlo retains ownership of its templates, reusable components, source code, hosting configuration and bespoke design assets it creates, and grants use of the delivered website during the paid service. Third-party materials remain subject to their licences. A subscription does not include unrestricted source-code ownership, a buyout or migration of Bramlo’s systems. Any code licence or handover beyond your content and domain must be agreed and priced in writing before purchase.

8. Cancellation and offboarding

You can give notice at any time using your private project’s online cancellation control or by contacting Bramlo through its verified contact route. You do not need to telephone. Ordinary cancellation during the initial term is scheduled for its end; after the initial term it takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. There is no additional 30-day notice period in this proposed model. We confirm the effective date in a service message. An earlier ending, dispute or statutory-rights request receives individual review. We do not automatically charge all remaining months as a penalty or prevent statutory rights from being exercised.

When service ends, hosting and included maintenance end. Your domain and your own content remain yours. Proposed operational retention is 30 days for inactive site files, then deletion from active storage; backup copies expire on the documented backup cycle. This retention and export process requires owner confirmation before live use. Arrange export of your content and domain handover before the end date. Charges for optional migration work require advance agreement. Legally required accounting and contract records may be retained separately.

9. Failed payments, changes and termination

Stripe handles recurring billing and payment retries. A failed payment does not prove that the full 12-month agreement has been paid. We notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve issues before suspending service, except where urgent security or unlawful activity requires action. We explain overdue amounts and dispute routes. Neither fees nor package changes take effect silently. Proposed price changes require at least 30 days’ written notice and do not increase the agreed initial-term price; after the initial term you can end service before a rise takes effect. Material breaches are addressed with written notice and a reasonable remedy period where appropriate. We consider prepaid unused service and rights to refunds fairly when service cannot be supplied.

10. Standards, SEO and responsibility

We use reasonable care and skill. SEO work does not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue. Hosting depends on external networks and providers, so continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We remain responsible for the duties we lawfully owe. No term excludes fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any proposed commercial liability cap requires individual UK legal review; no automatic cap is inserted here. Your statutory remedies are preserved.

11. Business and consumer customers

Our intended audience is businesses, but a label or tickbox cannot remove consumer rights. Mainly personal-use requests are routed for review before checkout. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, a consumer normally has 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to cancel, with the required information and cancellation method provided in a durable form. Early performance requires a separate express request and the relevant information about proportionate charges; the normal business checkbox does not waive these rights. Personal-use checkout remains blocked pending a reviewed consumer process. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over these terms. Future subscription-law commencement and guidance must be rechecked before launch.

12. Data, complaints and governing law

Our privacy notice, cookie policy and, where applicable, data processing schedule describe handling of information. Contact Bramlo using the project support form for a complaint; we investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy. Proposed governing law is England and Wales for business contracts, subject to mandatory law and any consumer right to use courts where they live. Supplier identity and dispute contact details must be completed before publication.
