No hidden scope.
What is paid separately?
Premium domains, other extensions, existing-domain renewal charges, email mailboxes, paid third-party services, advertising spend and work beyond the agreed plan scope. Full bookings, payments, portals and automation are separately scoped.
What commitment am I making?
All three plans have a 12-month minimum term, followed by monthly rolling payments. There is no upfront website build fee. Any separate work is agreed before it starts.
Who owns my domain?
Your domain remains your property. For a new standard .co.uk domain, Bramlo registers it in your name and covers renewal while your plan is active. If you already have a domain, we help connect it at no extra charge; its current registrar renewal costs remain separate.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your domain stays yours. Bramlo-managed hosting and included care stop at the end of the paid subscription period. Ownership, handover and file-retention arrangements are confirmed in your service agreement before you subscribe.
