Your existing domain can be connected at no extra charge. Its current registrar renewal costs remain separate. Tell us the domain name and where it is registered.
Where available, we use delegated access or guide you through the required DNS changes. You keep ownership and account access. We check existing email records before making changes that could affect them.
Connecting the website does not automatically mean moving your domain to a different registrar.

What does the included domain cover?+
One new standard, non-premium .co.uk domain. Bramlo covers registration and renewal while your website plan is active. Premium names, other extensions and additional domains are separately agreed.
Do I have to move my existing domain?+
No. We can usually connect it at its current registrar. You remain the owner and continue paying that registrar’s renewal costs.
What happens if I cancel my website plan?+
Your domain stays yours. We help you retain control, and you arrange future domain renewals after your Bramlo plan ends. The Bramlo-hosted website is suspended when the paid website period ends.
Is a business email mailbox included?+
No. A domain and an email mailbox are different services. Email mailboxes and any paid third-party email service are separately agreed.
